Refund policy
For goods shipped within the European Union, we have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For goods shipped outside the European Community, we do not accept returns unless they are due to products received damaged or defective by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer who is not satisfied with the purchase made can exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the legislation in force on distance selling, in particular, Legislative Decree 206 of 2005 (consumer code) and must submit a request for withdrawal to info@fabriga .it within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: the products must not have been worn and must not show signs of wear, abrasions or scratches that could compromise the resale of the goods in " New".
The products must be returned to the sender complete in all their parts, accessories in general, box, and any piece in any case received by the customer from Fabriga Cycles.
The return must be made in a single shipment and never in separate shipments, under penalty of forfeiture of the right itself. As required by law, the goods subject to withdrawal travel at the risk and expense of the customer, who is therefore required to agree via email or telephone with Fabriga Cycles on the choice of the most suitable delivery method for the case.
The shipping costs for the return are entirely borne by the customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, except in the case of an error by Fabriga Cycles or by third parties appointed by Fabriga Cycles, in which case they will be borne by them. There will be no other cases of charging Fabriga Cycles or third parties engaged by Fabriga Cycles.
Fabriga Cycles will refuse any package for which the courier or postman requests payment, both cash on delivery and shipping costs, and expenses of any kind. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive shipping instructions via email.
The package or the gummed envelope must be adequately sealed with signed adhesive tape in all potentially violable parts in order to make the package unique and unrepeatable. In case of evident tampering with the package upon receipt of the return, the same will be refused the possibility for the customer to retaliate against the courier and thus start the courier or postal insurance procedure.
The refund of the price paid will be made exclusively by payment to the customer's bank or postal account within 7 working days of acceptance of the return. your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or customized items. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and record your refund as well.
